Steal of a deal
If you or someone you know are looking for a traditional Bucks County farmhouse, I know just the property. The house at 72 Golf View Drive in Northampton Township is a gem. It has been on the market for more than a year and is owned by a relocation company that wants to unload it. The price started out at $1.2 million and has gone done as it sat. It is now listed at $819,000 and it could probably be had for less.
